As a trainer I  can evaluate your current workout plan and design a plan that is efficient. This personal plan will enable you to get the maximum results in minimal time.

At Cody Fitness, I will  provide you with the option to choose a thirty minute training session. We understand that schedules can get easily filled. Since we know what works, we will pack an efficient workout into thirty minutes and you will be on the road to achieving your fitness goals.

At Cody Fitness you will be  watched   with your form and can provide objective feedback about your limits and strengths. Many of us tend to ignore some of the subtle signs our body provides. We either push through pain or often times give up too soon. Because I can watch what you are doing while you are doing it, I  can help push you or slow you down as necessary.
